WOW… what a weekend. ❤️🇺🇸

First and foremost — THANK YOU. This 4th of July weekend was one for the books! We had a wait at the door almost all weekend long, and we are truly blown away by the amount of people who chose to spend their holiday weekend with us.

We also want to say thank you for your patience and grace. We know we weren’t perfect. Like many businesses in our area, we are navigating being short staffed, and a holiday weekend rush definitely puts everyone to the test.

Our team worked incredibly hard to keep up while making sure the food leaving our kitchen was still the quality you expect from us. We know some wait times were longer than we ever want them to be, and for that, we sincerely apologize and appreciate everyone who understood that there were real people behind the scenes giving it everything they had.

And speaking of our team… they deserve a HUGE shoutout. ❤️ They showed up, pushed through the crazy moments, supported each other, and held their own. Because of them, we were actually able to step away Friday evening and watch the Saint Helen fireworks with our family. As business owners, we miss out on a lot of those little moments during the busy seasons, so getting that time meant the world to us — and it wouldn’t have happened without the amazing crew we have behind us.

If you didn’t see us around as much this weekend, we promise we weren’t hiding. 😉 Between the two of us, one was usually on the kitchen line helping get food out while the other was traying orders and doing whatever was needed to keep things moving. Sometimes the best way we can help our staff is from behind the scenes.

To everyone who had a great experience with us or had one of our awesome staff members make your visit special — we would love if you took a minute to leave us a review. Those reviews not only support our small business, but also mean so much to the team working hard every day.

If your visit wasn’t what you hoped for, we are truly sorry. We always want the chance to make things right, so please reach out and give us a call. We appreciate grace, but we also appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve.

Happy Father’s Day to all the incredible dads out there! ❤️

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize not only the amazing fathers on our Fred’s team, but all the dads, grandpas, stepdads, father figures, and mentors who help shape the lives of those around them.

Being a dad means early mornings, late nights, fixing things that may or may not actually be broken, giving advice nobody asked for, mastering the thermostat, and somehow knowing the shortest route everywhere. But more importantly, it means showing up, working hard, leading by example, and loving your family through it all.

To our staff dads—thank you for the long hours, the sacrifices, and for balancing work and family while still bringing your best every day. We know many of you will spend part of your Father’s Day serving others before heading home to your own families, and we appreciate you more than words can say.

And to every dad in our community, thank you for the countless lessons, bear hugs, corny jokes, life talks, and memories that your families will carry forever.

We hope today includes good food, a little relaxation, and at least one nap that nobody interrupts. (Though we know that's probably asking for a Father's Day miracle. 😉)
