Sebastian's Skillet coming right up! 🍳 It starts with a bed of hashbrowns and topped with ham, sausage, bacon, and cheddar jack cheese. We then cover it all with our country gravy and two eggs cooked to your liking. 😋

Stephanie worked with Ivan and Esmeralda for years before they opened Sebastian’s. So it didn't take long before she was officially on the team.

When she's not here, she's coaching baseball or working with her sister at their balloon business where they make custom balloon arrangements for area events! 🎈

One of our specialties is our Avocado Quesadilla! It's a flour tortilla stuffed with scrambled eggs, avocado, tomatoes, spinach, bacon, and cheddar jack cheese! Then grilled to perfection. 🤩
