Our hearts are with everyone affected by this week’s tragedy at Edwards Air Force Base.

At the request from team members,Guido’s will be opening our patio this Saturday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM as a place of comfort and connection for those impacted by this loss. No purchase is necessary.

Whether you need someone to talk to, want to be around others, or are quietly struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, or any emotional effects connected to this tragedy, you are welcome here.

Sometimes healing begins simply by not being alone.

We invite family members, friends, coworkers, and loved ones to join us in a safe, judgment-free space where we can support one another and honor those affected.

Today was a very hard day on our community.

EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. --
An Air Force B-52 Stratofortress carrying eight people on a routine test mission crashed today shortly after take-off at 11:20 a.m. (PDT). Initial indications are that the crash was not survivable. Emergency response personnel are on scene, and officials are working to account for all personnel.
With a heavy heart we would like join our community in a prayer for those impacted in any way by this huge loss. God is near to the broken hearted.
Tonight we lift up the 8 souls who so courageously defended our country- the spouses along side them who supported along the way and the family and friends that filled their hearts.
Tonight we mourn. Mourning will continue into all hours, days, months and years.
We stand with you, and thank you for the daily sacrifices and support you give to our country and to the men and women in uniform who sacrifice the ultimate sacrifice daily.
