ITS SUMMER HARVEST FESTIVAL TIME!!!!

Today we launch our new LTO Trojan Smash Burger!! A half-pound smash burger seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, topped with peach infused candied bacon, Sharp cheddar cheese, and pickled red onions on a 4.5" Brioche' Bun!!! $10 today and tomorrow!!

We also have baked peach pie and peach cobbler to satisfy your sweet tooth!! Working on a batch of Peach BBQ sauce today using Spring Valley Market peaches 🍑

We would like to appologize for all the smoke in the South Branch Valley today. We are only doing our job!! Probably should have let the hickory season a bit longer 🤷🤷🤷

That said, we have smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends today for all you PB fanatics out there!!
