We currently carry 6 wing sauces: BBQ, Calabrian Gold, Mango Habanero, Hot, Mild and Garlic Parmesan.

Update: Tomato prices have come down! Thank you to everyone who interacted with this post and gave us suggestions. This is what community is for and we appreciate you all.

Here's a story about....tomatoes. 🍅
For those of you not in the restaurant industry, you may not know this, Roma Tomato prices have sky rocketed over the last few weeks. At minimum doubling in price but in some instances we are seeing the cost triple. We're talking from $30/case to nearly $80/case. Why? Well the short version is the "regular" tomato crop went bad and its driving up demand for Roma tomatoes.

As a small family owned restaurant when an ingredient price rises its rough, but when it doubles or more, man does that get us where it hurts. We are working on a solution that does not require us to pull the ingredient or pass the cost to our customers. The kick-while-we're-already-down is the product we have been able to get in is not up to our standards, leaving us to throw away more and more each week for quality control.

If any other restaurant owners on here have found a solution, we are all ears.
