Starting the birthday cakes this week, had to go get some eggs and clip some herbs this morning 😊

Between graduation season coming to an end and getting my youngest ready to leave us for college, life has been BUSY. And those of you who know him… especially his previous teachers, you KNOW what Im going thru at the moment with him! 😂
But I finally got back in the kitchen for our Labor Day BBQ and made this Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake 🍓🍰
I think I’m ready to start baking again!We like the extra crunch and strawberries so I loaded this one up😊

My last baby graduated. ❤️ I've been waiting all of his senior year to finally make his graduation cake for his party!

From Ham-Par to Romeo High School, what an amazing journey it's been. Seven years of Robotics and seven years of Band, so many memories I'll never forget.

A special thank you to Savage and Phillips. You weren't just teachers, you became a huge part of our boys' lives, especially Dylan's. The time and dedication you've given over the years to these kids meant more than you'll ever know. You will truly be missed. Thank you for everything. ❤️

He couldn't decide on just one flavor, so we're going with a tiered cake this week! ❤️🖤🤍

Chocolate espresso cake with brownie mousse filling and black cocoa buttercream.
and Vanilla bean cake with fresh berry compote made from berries right out of my garden (definitely not using store-bought berries with whatever bug is going around Michigan right now!) and vanilla bean buttercream.

But before all the planning this week, I enjoyed my morning coffee out in my little garden grotto while watching all my employees running around. 😊🐔🌿
