Silent reading is coming to the Tea Room!
Join us on select Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. for the rest of the year and enjoy a lovely evening of books, tea, and treats!
From 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. there’ll be tea, dessert, and conversation. Chat with your tablemates, talk books, and swap recommendations. Silent reading will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Bring whatever book you are currently reading. We’ll wrap things up from 7:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. where you can chat with your new friends, share a favorite line or what you’re loving about your book, swap last-minute recommendations, and say goodnight until the next time!
Seating is open, so come ready to meet and make some new reading buddies. You don’t have to read the same book and there’s no mandatory genre to read from. Bring and read what you love.
$18 per person (plus taxes, fees, and tip). Tea and dessert are included!
Please arrive no later than 7:00 p.m. Once reading time begins, we won’t be able to admit late arrivals.
Join us for each Silent Reading night, or just once in a while. Bring just yourself and a book or a crew! There will be a seat ready for you!
