Closed Tomorrow!!!!

Just a heads up—we’ll be closed tomorrow while we tackle a few projects around the shop.

We're taking the day to make some improvements, knock out a few maintenance items, and get everything ready for a busy summer season ahead. We appreciate your patience while we put in the work behind the scenes.

We'll be back Thursday with the ovens fired up and ready to go.... don't worry, we will run Happy Hour ALL DAY Thursday this week!

New Pizza of the Month: The Whistle & Fish 🎣🍕

Meet The Whistle & Fish — red sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage, cured anchovies, and a Cherry Pepper relish. Simple ingredients with big personality. Salty, rich, and packed with flavor, it's the kind of pie that just might turn anchovy skeptics into believers.

Inspired by those long days in the mountains—the kind where, for the last couple miles, all you can talk about is what you're going to eat when you finally get back to town. Salty snacks, comforting food, and a cold beverage were high on the list, and this pizza checks all the boxes.

This month, we teamed up with our friend .giddyup to bring this one to life. Give them a follow and see how they're bringing together bike adventures, good food, and community throughout the Peak-to-Peak region and beyond. If group rides, bikepacking trips, and memorable meals sound like your kind of day, you'll fit right in.

Looking to join a strong, tight-knit kitchen team up in the mountains? Toss is bringing on a kitchen team member 🍕

We run a fast-paced kitchen and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays positive, and shows up for their team.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous commercial kitchen experience (required)
• Works well in a team environment
• Can handle a fast-paced service
• Available 4–5 days per week
• Sunday availability is a must
• Able to commit through September

What you get:
• Starting at $20/hr
• Shared tip pool
• End-of-season bonus for those who stay through September

🔥 New Pizza of the Month: Off the Skewer 🔥

We took everything you love about a fresh-off-the-grill kafta kebab… and threw it straight onto a pizza.

Olive oil base, spiced beef kafta, feta, red onion, a bright herb salad, and finished with a cool cucumber sauce to tie it all together. It’s bold, fresh, a little messy—in the best way—and seriously hard to put down.

And while you’re here—take a look around. We’ve got a few other new menu items rolling out that are definitely worth checking out.

Somewhere between breakfast and dinner… we found our next pizza 🍳🔥

The Bacon, Egg and Cheese!!

Country gravy base, gruyère + mozzarella, applewood smoked bacon, egg whites, crispy hash browns, and a house “hollandaise” to finish it off.

We cracked a few eggs for this one—kept the whites on the pizza, gave the yolks a promotion into the sauce. Nothing wasted, everything working..... it’s rich, it’s savory, and it’s exactly what you didn’t know you needed tonight.

Looking to join a strong, tight-knit kitchen team up in the mountains? Toss is bringing on a full-time member to join our Kitchen Staff 🍕
We’re a fast-moving, team-driven kitchen and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and shows up for the crew.

The role:
• Full-time (4–5 days/week)
• Sunday availability required
• Fast-paced kitchen environment
• Commitment through September (bonus for staying the full season)

Requirements:
• Previous commercial kitchen experience (minimum 1 year)
• Team-first attitude
• Ability to keep up during busy service

Pay & perks:
• $18/hr starting → $20/hr after training
• Shared tip pool
• End-of-season bonus
