WE’RE FIRING IT UP AGAIN! 🔥🍕 TAKE OUT IS BACK THIS THURSDAY 9/10

Last week was such a great feeling. Making pizzas and seeing so many familiar faces reminded us exactly why we love doing this. So we are running it back for another Take Out Thursday!! RESERVATIONS OPEN TODAY AT 7PM
..and this week, we’re bringing back an old favorite:

FIRE ON THE MESA! 🌶️
Red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, fire-roasted Hatch green chiles, and dollops of ricotta. A little heat, a little comfort, and a whole lot of flavor. We’ve been excited to bring this one back!

We’ll have a very limited number of pizzas available, so here’s how it works:

** Reserve your pickup window and the number of pizzas you wish to purchase.
RESERVATIONS OPEN TODAY AT 7PM....Up to 4 pizzas per person 🍕

** Come in during your reserved window on THURSDAY, place your order, and we’ll make everything fresh to go.

Please kindly wait until your pickup window to arrive so we can keep things running smoothly!! This week's ice cream flavor is Strawberry Basil.

Toss Takeout Pop-Up!
We’ve still got some work to do before we’re ready to fully welcome everyone back… but we couldn’t wait any longer to see everyone and feed some people...

So we’re firing up the oven for a little Toss Takeout Pop-Up this Thursday, 9/3!!

We only have a limited number of pizzas available, so we’re doing things a little differently for now!
Step 1: Reserve a pickup window online...available starting Wednesday, 9/2 . Think of this as you ticket to buy a pizza!

Step 2: Come to the shop during your time window on Thursday 9/3, place your order, and we’ll make your pizzas fresh while you wait. LIMIT OF 4 PIZZAS PER PERSON!

To help us keep things fresh for y'all, please don’t arrive before your pickup window. It’ll help us keep the oven moving and make sure everyone gets hot pizza without a crowd piling up.

AND—we’ve been making ice cream. 🍦 We’ll have pints of house-made Palisade Peach and a handful of Vanilla available to grab when you come in.

Come grab a pizza, say hi, and let us cook for you again. We’ve missed you. ❤️🔥🍕

Starting this week, Toss will be taking a short break.

When I opened these doors, I had no idea what this place would become. I just hoped I could build something that this little mountain community would enjoy. What happened instead has been more than I ever imagined. You've packed our dining room, celebrated birthdays with us, brought your families in after bike rides and ski days, and turned Toss into something far bigger than a pizza shop.

The truth is, I've poured just about everything I have into this place for the last three years. Early mornings, late nights, days off that never really happened, and countless hours in front of the oven. I wouldn't trade it for anything, but I'm exhausted. And I've realized that if I want Toss to keep being the place it deserves to be, I need to take a little time to refill the tank.

This break isn't the end of anything. Over the next little while, we'll be giving the building some love, tackling projects we've been putting off, recharging our creativity, and most importantly, taking a little time to rest so we can come back with the same energy and passion that built Toss in the first place…..Don't worry, We'll be popping up with a few special events along the way, so keep an eye on our page for those announcements.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Thank you for believing in this crazy dream, for supporting a small business, for your patience on the busy nights, and for making Toss feel like home. There aren't enough words to express what this community has given me.

We'll be back very soon—with rested minds, renewed energy, and a whole lot of excitement for what's next.

Just a heads up—we’ll be closed tomorrow while we tackle a few projects around the shop.

We're taking the day to make some improvements, knock out a few maintenance items, and get everything ready for a busy summer season ahead. We appreciate your patience while we put in the work behind the scenes.

We'll be back Thursday with the ovens fired up and ready to go.... don't worry, we will run Happy Hour ALL DAY Thursday this week!

New Pizza of the Month: The Whistle & Fish 🎣🍕

Meet The Whistle & Fish — red sauce, mozzarella, Italian sausage, cured anchovies, and a Cherry Pepper relish. Simple ingredients with big personality. Salty, rich, and packed with flavor, it's the kind of pie that just might turn anchovy skeptics into believers.

Inspired by those long days in the mountains—the kind where, for the last couple miles, all you can talk about is what you're going to eat when you finally get back to town. Salty snacks, comforting food, and a cold beverage were high on the list, and this pizza checks all the boxes.

This month, we teamed up with our friend .giddyup to bring this one to life. Give them a follow and see how they're bringing together bike adventures, good food, and community throughout the Peak-to-Peak region and beyond. If group rides, bikepacking trips, and memorable meals sound like your kind of day, you'll fit right in.

Looking to join a strong, tight-knit kitchen team up in the mountains? Toss is bringing on a kitchen team member 🍕

We run a fast-paced kitchen and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, stays positive, and shows up for their team.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous commercial kitchen experience (required)
• Works well in a team environment
• Can handle a fast-paced service
• Available 4–5 days per week
• Sunday availability is a must
• Able to commit through September

What you get:
• Starting at $20/hr
• Shared tip pool
• End-of-season bonus for those who stay through September
