Hello Nate here, I started drinking Coffee when I was a young teen, and through the years of College, Work, Early mornings, hanging out with friends I have developed a "love" for coffee, I have recently been researching how to roast, different types of roasts, different ways/techniques for roasting. And in all my roasting I have discovered there are many flavors and kinds of smoothness or stronger

more bitter tastes there really is a difference when it comes to beans and the level of roast. I now much prefer freshly roasted beans over store bought, I really like the Fresh/Earthy taste that you get from home roasting. Roasting Coffee is more of a hobby because of my "small addiction" But I also like to share coffee with friends, because lets be honest what is better than a good cup of Joe with some good friends?.
