With sun dried tomatoes flipped with pasta and a Balsamic Drizzle.

We are recreating our sandwiches into
Salads. Tonight we are featuring our Genoa Salad. Basil pesto turkey and havarti arugula tomatoes with feta and Balsamic Drizzle. (Pictured)

Also... our Sicilian. Arugula Salad with hot Coppola provolone roasted sweet peppers red onions topped with feta and Balsamic Drizzle.

Both are delicious.

Saltimbocca TONIGHT December 6th at Paisano's Italian Kitchen in Rogue River. Prosciutto pounded into chicken breast with fresh sage leaves. Then seared both sides and a butter cream sauce made in the pan mixed with fettucini and sage.

Paisano's is currently seeking a dishwasher for immediate part time employment. Duties include washing dishes and helping the back of the house.
This is a very physical job and the person needs to be strong, proficient and a fast worker.
We are a busy restaurant and the job is
an opportunity to work in a energetic family environment.
The pay while training is minimum wage. After training the employees get a share of tips which combined with a raise amounts to really good pay.
