Meet our Team Member of the Month, Lyla.

Known for her consistency, strong work ethic, and authentic personality, Lyla is someone our team can always rely on. As a server assistant, she approaches every shift with determination, a great sense of humor, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to support the team.

Outside of Oak, she’s pursuing a degree in Marketing at the University of Arkansas, enjoys weekends at the lake, and spends her free time with her five dogs.

Congratulations, Lyla, and thank you for the dedication you bring to our team each day.

Congratulations to our Team Member of the Month, Zane.

As part of our opening team, Zane has grown alongside Oak, moving from server assistant to expo and now serving guests on the floor. No matter the role, he brings the same work ethic, quick wit, and energy that make every shift better.

He's the kind of teammate who keeps things moving, keeps people laughing, and is always willing to step in wherever he's needed. Away from Oak, he enjoys watching movies, reading, and spending time with his fiancée, Avery, who many of our guests know from the dining room, and their dog, Kermit, who has become something of a local celebrity in his own right. If he's ordering from the menu, the Cajun shrimp is always at the top of the list.

We're grateful for everything Zane brings to our team and proud to recognize him this month. Thank you for helping shape the culture of Oak from the very beginning.
