This weekend you can find us at West Fest in West Fork from 9-4 on Saturday and Sunday. Come by our tent and get a sample of scrumptious kettle corn and say 👋. There will be lots of flavors of kettle corn to taste. We can’t wait to see you there.

We waited until almost 7 pm tonight to pop but holy smokes it was still hot as blazes. The colors of kettle corn did turn out pretty though. 🍿🤤🍊🍇🍒🫐

Why do we celebrate on the first Monday of September?

Honors the Labor Movement: Created by 19th-century unions, it celebrates the fight for the 8-hour workday, 5-day workweek, fair wages, and safe conditions.

First Parade (1882): It began on Sept. 5, 1882, when 10,000 workers took unpaid leave to march in New York City.

Became Official (1894): President Grover Cleveland signed it into law to repair relations with workers after the deadly Pullman Strike.

Modern Culture: Today, it stands as the unofficial end of summer, a time for rest, family barbecues, and back-to-school prep.

What are y’all doing this beautiful Labor Day weekend? Yesterday after I stood/walked for over 7 hours straight at our event my little piggy’s were screaming. Exhausted, we cancelled all our plans to be able to recover. But after a long soak, foot massage and a good night sleep we were as good as new.

So, we got up and meandered northward to explore. We went through Pea Ridge, Garfield, Eureka Springs, Cassville, Mo. then stopped and grabbed items to smoke/grill on the Big Green Egg on the way back.

It’s not kettle corn but… Will is grilling and smoking some of our favorites; burgers, Conecuh sausage, and jalapeño and sweet pepper poppers. 😋 😋 😋

Yesterday one of the Bingo prizes at Gathered Goods was a 5 gallon bag of our yummy sweet & salty Clifton & Co. Kettle Corn. From the start this young man was determined to win the giant bag of kettle corn, and he did! Congratulations 🥳🏈.

If you are interested in purchasing 5 gallon bags for your next fun event or just to sit by your chair to munch on while watching a movie just reach to me. We can make this happen. 🍿 We do have smaller bags than this too. 😂

🍿 The Clifton & Co. Giant Bag of Popcorn Story! 🍿

There was a sweet boy, probably about 10 years old, shopping with his family when he spotted that giant bag of popcorn and immediately asked:

“What do I have to do to win that?! 😮” 😂

Well… he went on a Bingo mission, and when he came back, guess who was the proud new owner of that BIG bag of popcorn?! 🎉🍿

They snapped a picture, and Dad announced he was posting it on social media. Meanwhile, this little guy was getting plenty of attention from everyone walking through the store—and he was literally eating it up! 🤣

He was SO excited that I had to ask him, “How long do you think it will take you to eat that whole bag?”

He thought about it very seriously for a moment and then confidently replied…

“I think I can do it in four days!” 😂😂😂

Now THAT is a popcorn challenge we want to follow! 🍿❤️

You can sample delicious ☕️ , enjoy a 🍷🍺 , taste a new line of 🫒 oils, shop, grab a 🌭 , and try a sample of our yummy 🍿kettle corn—all while playing a game of Bingo! There is so much happening at this 🏈 tailgate party from 10-6 today. Come say hi, grab a sample of kettle corn🍿, and take home a bag of your own!
