As we prepare to pass the torch, we'd love to spend one final night with the community that has supported Theo's Pinnacle Hills for the past 14 years.

It is with great excitement that we announce we have reached an agreement with Chef Will Mauk of Bienvenue to acquire Theo’s of Rogers.

Chef Mauk is known for operational excellence, refined hospitality, and upscale European-inspired dining. His vision will bring a new fine-dining offering to Rogers and the Pinnacle Hills community, and we have every confidence that Bienvenue of Rogers will be a great success.

Theo’s of Rogers will serve its final dinner on Friday, July 3. We invite you to join us this final week for one more meal, one more drink, and one more opportunity to celebrate the last 14 years of Theo’s in Rogers.

All outstanding Theo’s gift certificates will be honored at any South by Northwest Hospitality location in Fayetteville, including Theo’s, East Side Grill, Southern Food Company, Tuskers Tavern, and our new Fayetteville concepts soon to be announced.

We want to sincerely thank the City of Rogers and the Pinnacle Hills community for the support you have shown Theo’s over the past 14 years. Marti and I acquired Theo’s of Rogers during COVID in 2020 from Signature Bank with a mission to reopen a closed business and help sustain the hospitality community during a difficult time. Your support in welcoming us during the dark days of 2020 meant everything to us. We knew the path in front of us was worth the storm.

Today, as we refocus our business around our Fayetteville roots, we are grateful to know that Theo’s of Rogers will transition into something very special under Chef Mauk’s leadership.
