MawMaw made plate dinners every night and Friday catfish fries were a tradition. Her recipes became a part of Eat My Catfish, and they’re still served in our restaurants today. That includes the tartar sauce you know and love. MawMaw’s Tartar Sauce is a little piece of our family on every plate. ❤️
