We ran out of BBQ yesterday which is a good thing because at least we know it’s a hit!!! The food industry is definitely all about trial and error.

I have an endoscopy back home (Stokes a town so small that if you blink you miss it😂😂😂😂 we’re a hop skip and a jump from Greenville (East Carolina University Campus)) on the 9th and we’ll have PLENTY to go around when we come back!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

P.S. Ron and I shared a raspberry cheesecake shake from our neighbor yesterday, the ice cream truck “Melt” and it was DIVINE!!!!😋😋😋😋 It was so good that Ron went back after we closed and they closed for another!!!!😆😆😆😆😆

To say I’ve had an EVENTFUL/STRESSFUL week with ALOT on my mind would CERTAINLY be an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

One thing to keep in mind about me, I don’t do well with actions not having consequences, especially REPETITIVE ones. It isn’t fair and I’m leaving it at that. I’ve lost a lot of sleep over stress this week.
