We wanted to say Thank You to Waters Edge HOA, the Saunders Family and McLane (again) for choosing Papa Cibo for their catering this week. We are truly honored to assist you with your meetings, events and gatherings.
From Burger bars with baked beans & mac-n-cheese, Chicken Parmesans and Spaghetti to Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo and Pizzas. It was our pleasure.

Salmon or Grilled Chicken Bruschetta
Salmon filet cooked to temperature or Italian seasoned grilled chicken breast topped with a blend of fresh diced sweet tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil, seasoning, olive oil, fresh mozzarella cheese, balsamic reduction and a pinch of freshly grated parmesan.

When you order your Catering, don't forget to add a Garden Salad. We only charge $40 for a full pan ($45 for Caesar), includes dressing. It serves roughly 16-20 side salads depending on the portion size you serve. That is right at $2.00-$2.50 each salad for your event. Your people will love that and so will your wallet.

We do invite you to stop by the Restaurant so we can chat and build you an ideal service for your guests.
For instance, we are preparing a Burger Bar for a guest that includes fresh baked Mac-n-Cheese along with Baked Beans. These items are not listed but we have a full kitchen and can do many items well.
Our top "5" most requested and reordered catering dishes are:
1. Lasagna with meat sauce
2. Pizzas
3. Spaghetti with meat balls
4. Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
