WE ARE OPEN! Spring is around the corner and we hope everyone will begin to feel renewed as we enter March soon. Froyos are on and hoagies are assembled with love. All is normal......though it's with mixed emotions that we share some important news.

At Jersey John's Deli, formerly known as Pitstop Shoppe, we've proudly served our beloved Rocky Mount and surrounding communities since November 2020, yes, even surviving the pandemic, offering delicious deli sandwiches and delightful frozen treats. After nearly 14 wonderful years in this business, we've made the heartfelt decision to seek an interested buyer. We are looking to pass on our legacy as we transition into retirement, a time we hope to be able to invest more in our family and embrace adventures, travelling more while our health allows.

As we start this journey to find someone who can continue what we've built, whether that's an aspiring entrepreneur or someone looking to expand their own business, we want to assure you that we will remain open and be committed to serving our community just as we always have, until that special someone comes along.

Our deli has been lucky to cultivate a loyal customer base and we meet many wonderful new friends, including travellers passing through on their journeys along the I95 corridor. We are situated in a prime location in the Westridge Shopping Center, with 2700 square feet of inviting space and seating for about 100, both indoors and outdoors combined. Our atmosphere is designed to be family oriented and welcoming, where guests can relax and enjoy freshly made food at a great value, all while appreciating the dedicated team that makes it possible.

Due to the sudden passing of our beloved son, Phillip Jonathan Ward, we will be closed until November 13th to allow our family time to grieve. We appreciate your understanding during this very difficult time.
