I am a…

Professional sandwich architect. 🥪
Charcuterie dealer. 🧀
Catering chaos coordinator. 🐆
Owner of The Well Fed Cheetah, where apparently cranberry goat cheese, hot honey, candied jalapeños, strawberry fig jam, and a croissant can solve most problems.
I make 47 sandwiches before breakfast, cater 200 people by lunch, send an invoice by dinner, and randomly decide at 10 PM that blueberry goat cheese needs to be on something tomorrow.
My hobbies include:
• Putting bacon where bacon has never been before
• Asking “Would this be good on brioche?”
• Feeding an unreasonable number of people
• Making flyers
• Changing the flyer
• Changing it again
• Buying more cream cheese
• Raising goats, a donkey, and an emu because apparently running a catering business wasn't enough chaos
• Calculating 6.75% sales tax more often than any human should
• Turning every life event into either a grazing table or a sandwich
I don't have a meal plan.
I have visions.
If I disappear, check Sam's Club, the cheese aisle, or somewhere within 15 miles delivering 37 boxed lunches.
Some people have a niche.
I have a Cheetah empire held together by croissants, cream cheese, hot honey, catering invoices, farm animals, and audacity. 🐆✨
