Our roots run deep — all the way back to the early 1960s, when our grandparents took a leap of faith and opened their first restaurant in Colorado Springs. With nothing more than a handful of family recipes, big dreams, and an even bigger love for our culture, they laid the foundation for something truly special.

They cooked the way their parents taught them — with care, with heart, and with flavor you could feel in your soul. From homemade tamales to green chile and margaritas, everything came from tradition — and we’re proud to say that hasn’t changed.

🌶️ To this day, we still use those same recipes — passed down through generations and made fresh in every kitchen. Each of our family-owned restaurants carries a piece of that original story.
