We do not have a special for tomorrow but we do have a fresh batch of roasted mild Anaheims. Add an Anaheim to any sandwich or meal for $1.00. We will also be at Terranchila fest on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

Christine's Food Truck will be on site at First National Bank in La Junta tomorrow, September 17, 2026. We open at 11 am through 2 pm. We have a great menu every week with a special added. Tomorrow our special is chicken fried steak bites with mashed potatoes, gravy and a vegetable for $13.00. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow.

We will be located at First National Bank parking lot. We will offer our normal great menu along with a special of Fresh out of the smoker Pork Ribs and a side for $13.00. Good morning. Christine's Food Truck will be at the Arkvalley Fairgrounds today for the Circle 8 Jump Race Them tomorrow for the PRCA Rodeo. We will also be at the Fairgrounds open for business on Saturday August 22, 2026 at 8:00 AM for Breakfast. We Will be serving for the Rodeo Slack and any one who wants Breakfast.
We will have Breakfast Burritos, large ones
Biscuit and Christine's Sausage Gravy:
12 oz of orange juice

Good Afternoon.
Christine's Food Truck will be in La Junta tomorrow, August 12, 2026 at First National Bank from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Our special will be a juicy 1/3 lb Fajita burger with a side for $12.50.
We will not be on site in La Junta the following week on August 20, 2026. Next week is Fair week and on Thursday we will be at the Circle 8 race. Come join us on the pit, North side, for the race and a good meal.

Hello all, Starting today, August 7, 2026 Christine's will be on site at the Rodeo grounds north of La Junta. Kids Rodeo begins today at 5:00 pm. Come on out and support the kids for this wonderful event. We will be on the participants' side at 3:00 pm with a varied and wonderful menu. Saturday the rodeo will also begin at 5:00 PM and Sunday at 1:00 pm.
Bring your umbrellas and come on out and enjoy the rodeo.

Tomorrow, August 6, 2026 we will be in La Junta at the La Junta High School for the Ark Valley Senior Resource Fair. We will be set up to Provide ticketed attendees a free lunch. Cheese Burger with Chips and a bottle ofWaterPulled Pork Sandwich with Chips and a bottle of WaterPulled Pork Nachos with a Bottle of WaterAnyone who doesn't have a ticket may purchase lunch as well.
