We will be there from 5pm to 8pm for an event at the Museum. You don't have to be part of the museum event to grab dinner at the truck. Next week we will not be in La Junta on Thursday but will be on Friday May 15, 2026. We will be a First National Bank at the same time, 11am to 2pm.

Good Afternoon. Christine's Food Truck will be located at The Pipe Yard just 5 miles from Rocky Ford, tomorrow, April 24, 2026. HWY 71 is open. We will be open from 11AM to 2PM and our special tomorrow will be a smoked brisket sandwich with a side for $13.00. We look forward to seeing you there.

We will also be located at the Arkansas FairGrounds on Saturday April 25, 2026 For a Barrel race event. Come out and watch the race and have lunch. We will be open around 9am until 3pm. We will have a limited number of our Breakfast Burritos available.

Good Afternoon, we are looking at a great day for a food truck tomorrow, Feb 5, 2026. We will be at First National Bank from 11AM to 2PM. During the winter we are located on the far west side of the parking lot, near the drive through entrance.
We are preparing a special tomorrow of Teriyaki Salmon fillet on a bed of greens and vegetables for $13.00. As always we will have available the rest of our great lunch menu. Christine's fruit turnovers and Bierocks go fast. We look forward to seeing all of you tomorrow.
