Dear Valued Customers,
We hope this letter finds you well. As many of you know, Tommy and I have had the privilege of calling this community our home for nearly a decade. During this time, we have raised our children, built our businesses, and formed incredible relationships with so many of you. It has truly been a journey filled with unforgettable moments.
Today, we feel it is important to share a deeply personal chapter of our lives. Nearly two years ago, Tommy’s father was diagnosed with prostate cancer and progressive dementia. This journey has been incredibly difficult for our family. We took on the responsibility of caring for him full-time at our home, and despite our best efforts, he faced numerous complications and monthly hospitalizations. Witnessing a loved one slowly lose their sense of self and struggle with their health has been heart-wrenching. With great sorrow, we must share that he recently succumbed to his illnesses just a few short weeks ago.
This experience has profoundly shaped our perspective, highlighting the importance of family and the need to cherish the moments that truly matter. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to close Coastal Cantina. We believe stepping back will allow us to focus on healing and reconnecting with what brings us joy.
Rest assured Ramen Heads will continue to operate as normal. We will be redirecting our energy to this original passion, allowing us to channel our love for food and community in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to us.
We want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you who have supported us throughout our journey. Your encouragement and loyalty have meant the world to us, and we are immensely grateful to have such a wonderful community by our side.
