A NEW CHAPTER
Chef Vinod, Surfy Rahman and Nandita Madan say farewell to Bombay Bistro. Thank you for 33 wonderful years!
Dear Friends, Family and loyal Patrons,
It is with a heart full of gratitude and a touch of bittersweet emotion that we Chef K.N.Vinod and Surfy Rahman, announce our retirement after 33 incredible years of operating Bombay Bistro. Our journey has been defined by the dedication of our incredible team, most notably our longtime General Manager, Nandita Madan. Nandita Madan has been the heart and soul of our operations, a constant source of warmth, and a beloved member of the Bombay Bistro family for all these years. We extend our deepest thanks to her and to everyone who helped make this restaurant what it is.

THE LEGACY OF BOMBAY BISTRO CONTINUES!
While we are hanging up our aprons and looking forward to the next chapter in our lives, we are absolutely delighted to share that the Bombay Bistro name and location will continue to thrive under new, passionate ownership.

We have sold the business to a dedicated team of present and previous employees: Sunil Adhikari, Sinnameyyan Rajendran and Abdulhameed Shamsudeen. They are committed to honoring the spirit of Bombay Bistro while bringing their fresh energy and vision to the kitchen and dining room.

We encourage you to visit us to allow us to thank you personally. Please join us in warmly welcoming the new team and continue to give Bombay Bistro the wonderful support you have given us for more than three decades.

For 33 years, we've been honored to serve this community, and we're excited to continue the tradition with this special offering.
