First day in Hazard Kentucky. It was good to see a few of the chefs and volunteers that I worked with in Poland. Long day. Don’t think Hailey is used to working ten hour days. But it’s over. Tomorrow I will take her on a run to see if We can hand out food to flood victims. Will try and post some pictures. Hate doing this, but if anyone cares to contribute, the web site is wck.org/donate

Embarking on a new journey tomorrow. Hazard Kentucky with world central kitchen chef corp. This time I will be taking my daughter Hailey,
As a volunteer. Couldn’t think of a better person to take to something of this nature. She is the most carrying compassionate person I have ever known, but not the easiest person to live with. Hope she gets out of it, as much as I did in Ukraine and Poland. There’s not a better feeling in the world.
