🎉 This weekend, we celebrate our 3rd anniversary since Panateca was officially established as a company! 🎉
What started as a dream to bring high-quality Venezuelan staples to a broader audience in the US has blossomed into something much bigger. Our goal has always been to evoke cherished memories for our fellow Venezuelan migrants, while also introducing the richness of our cuisine to a wider audience through top-quality, innovative creations. We firmly believe in our gastronomy and the high standards it deserves.
These three years have been a journey of growth and reflection. We’re thrilled to have just moved into our third kitchen, a testament to our expanding operations and continuous growth. From our delicious cachitos and signature weekly specials (Cachitos de Autor) to our famous panelitas and sugar cane limeade (now known as LemonCane, soon launching in restaurants and retail!), we’ve come a long way.
We’ve added a food truck to the family, launched our rebellious offspring , created an array of signature and innovative desserts, and—of course—perfected the best 3Leches cake in town (hands down).
Mistakes have been made, and lessons have been learned. But as we look into the future, we do so with more hope, energy, and passion than ever before.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us from the beginning: friends and family who have accompanied their regular jobs with giving an extra hand in the kitchen, taking care of a market, or even both! Also customers who have accepted our samples or embarked in this culinary experience blindfolded. But in particular, I’d like to give a special thanks to the best team I could ever ask for.
For many more years to come, and countless adventures to enjoy!
