ty of treats. What is Coastal Tea? Coastal Tea is similar to Afternoon Tea but with a coastal twist. It’s a lighter selection of treats. This allows our chef to be extra creative and not stay in the lines of tradition. Policies
Small tea room with limited seating so we request that you make reservations beforehand so we can guarantee you a table. We will try to accommodate walk-ins the best we can. Parties of 8 or more require a credit card on file. Afternoon tea will be from 11am to 5pm with the last seating at 3:00pm. We allow 90 mins for you to enjoy your tiers, tea and wonderful friends and family. If your guests have food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, please let us know when making your reservation. Please note that we can currently make a gluten-free or dairy-free afternoon tea with 24-48 hours notice. We do not have a Vegan menu at this time. Please be aware that reservations may be booked behind you! We will kindly remind you of your time if it approaches the 1.5 hour window to allow time to set up for other guests. No outside food is allowed. (for private parties we will allow a cake and champagne once you sign a disclaimer taking all responsibility off of The Tea Leaf for any adverse reactions.) For Private Parties we will allow outside decorations to be set up in addition to what the Tea Leaf already offers but we ask that you do NOT bring any confetti or glitter. Please note that we are not able to check email and voicemails during our busy service day. All messages are checked either after hours or very early in the morning. Reservation requests or changes via email are not secure until a member of our staff has responded. Private Parties
Parties will be charged a flat rate of $1250 for up to 24 people during business hours (please call to discuss if after business hours) We are a small tearoom with limited seating and no separate party room available and we will have to close the tearoom for the day to accommodate your party. You will have the tearoom to yourself for just you and your guest. Parties will include Afternoon Tea for each guest and bottomless teas for your party of our all-organic teas. Call to discuss with the chef additional items or changes. Please reserve at least 2 weeks before your date.
50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your party will have 2.5 hours of the whole tearoom to yourself.
