Sous vide, seasoned and roasted prime rib. Served with our roasted garlic mashed potato’s and your choice of vegetable.

🌟 Wagyu Cheeseburger
Grilled on our open flame grill with melted cheese, topped with fried onion strings, butter lettuce, garlic aioli on a toasted brioche bun. And served with our hand cut salt and pepper fries.

#1 King Cut Prime Rib
Sous vide, seasoned to perfection and finished in the oven for exceptional flavor and tenderness. Served with our roasted garlic mashed potato’s, and your choice of vegetable and a side of aujus

#2 Wagyu Cheeseburger
Our rich, flavorful Wagyu beef, grilled over an open flame to perfection, with melted cheese, topped with fried shoestring onions, house made tomato jam, butter lettuce. All on a toasted brioche bun with garlic aïoli. Served with our hand cut salt and pepper fries.

Tender, seasoned chicken, delicately battered and fried to a perfectly crispy golden finish, then served with our roasted garlic mashed potato’s.
