At Jack’s Yummy Bites, we take a lot of pride in what comes out of our little kitchen.

🍔 Our burgers are made fresh daily with fresh ground beef — never frozen and never stretching today’s batch into tomorrow.

🍟 Our fries are cooked in deodorized beef tallow, giving them that crispy, crunchy texture we love.

And across our entire menu, we put a lot of pride into making sure the food we serve is fresh, delicious, and something we’re proud to put our name on.

Being a small, locally owned food business isn’t always easy.

We know we can’t compete with the pricing, hours, or resources of Whataburger, McDonald’s, and the other big fast-food restaurants — but that’s not what we’re trying to be.

We’re trying to give Rockport something different.

Fresh food. Great flavor. A clean kitchen. Quality we refuse to cut corners on. And a little local food truck that genuinely appreciates every single person who chooses to spend their hard-earned money with us. ❤️

As seasons change and business volume fluctuates, you may see adjustments to our hours here and there. That isn’t because we don’t want to be here serving you — it’s actually the opposite.

We want Jack’s Yummy Bites to be here for the long haul, not just for a season.

We want to become a staple in Rockport — a place our community knows they can trust for cleanliness, quality, consistency, and damn good food.

We will be closed today, Monday 9/14, to take some much-needed time with family.

Running a small family business means we pour a whole lot of ourselves into what we do, but sometimes the people we love need us a little more—and today, family comes first. ❤️
