Thank you Robstown , We had a great day at the Moon Plaza Flea Market , I tell you what that market never disappoints. ❤️🎪🍩

Buddy also set up a tent to sell some tools and other items right beside the donut tent.. and he actually beat me in sales! 😲😁 He has some great items that he's going to be bringing to the market for the next few weeks. It was a gorgeous day and we had a lot of fun.

To all my friends that have food trucks they are looking for more food here at the market 😋😋 He told me today he's going to be offering half price for food trucks so y'all be watching for that! 🥳🥳 We have tons of vendors and we need more food! 🍔🌭🌮

The last market we went to the foot traffic was extremely low and the sweet little donut machine overheated twice. It sat and idled for several hours with no one walking by which is really hard on it . 😪

What that means is, the donut mix inside the hopper ,because the machine is so hot, starts to go ahead and rise like it does in the oil when it's dropped to make the donut. The result is a donut blob. A very tasty blob but a blob all the same. I remember at the T-anchor flea market with my Mom this would happen towards the end of the day because it was literally so hot at that market and we had been running the machine making donuts the entirety of the time. It was a super large market and I loved it ! However, at the end of the day ours would come out looking like wiggly strips. Totally delicious and the kids loved them LOL

At this particular market it would have taken at least an hour and a half to cool the machine down, and then reheat it and make another batch of mix which is time consuming and also very expensive. Supplies aren't cheap. Fingers crossed and the grace of God everything will be okay for Sunday.

Buddy cleaned it and we had a thorough service on it, so we're going to take it for a test run this Sunday with our friends at Moon Plaza Flea Market ,🥳🥳. There's always a nice crowd there that enjoy our little mini donuts, and I think it's a perfect place to make a test run.

We will be set up close to the gate over by the restrooms so y'all will be able to find us real easy once you come into the market. Grab a dozen of our delicious hot minis, and create some good energy for shopping with all of the amazing vendors at the market. Now that it has cooled off we will have a lot more vendors so come early! We usually sell out about 11:30 or noon.
