On Saturday, we said goodbye to a dear friend of the Pizza Farm family.

David Truett, who most everyone knew simply as Nic, began coming to the Pizza Farm in 1974 just two years after we opened our doors. For more than 40 years, he was a constant presence in our restaurant.

Nic wasn’t just a customer; he was part of the Pizza Farm family. Nearly everyone who walked through our doors knew him, and many even assumed he was the owner. He always brought kindness, laughter, and friendship wherever he went.

We are incredibly grateful for the memories, conversations, and years we shared with him. Nic was a wonderful man whose presence helped make the Pizza Farm what it is today.

He will be deeply missed, but he will never be forgotten.
Please keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

Today marks four years since we reopened our doors, and what an incredible four years it has been.

After the fire, there were so many unknowns, but because of the love and support from our customers, community, friends, family, and employees, we were able to rebuild stronger than ever. We truly have been blessed beyond measure.

The support we received during that time is something we will never forget, and we are so thankful for every person who has continued to support us along the way.

From our family to yours, thank you for continuing to be part of our story. We are excited for many more years of great food, traditions, and memories together.

Five years ago today, we watched the Pizza Farm burn to the ground. It was a moment that could have ended everything. Instead, because of you our wonderful customers, it became the beginning of something stronger.

In the days that followed, our community wrapped its arms around us. You showed up in every way imaginable through prayers, messages, encouragement, and even by purchasing Pizza Farm T shirts to help us cover employee salaries when we needed it most. Those gestures meant more than we could ever express. Through the fire, the rebuilding, and every challenge along the way, you our customers, friends, and community never left our side. Your prayers, patience, kind words, and continued support carried us through a time we will never forget.

When we reopened in May of 2022, you did not just come back once. You continued to support us week after week. Because of you, we were able to rebuild, create jobs, and keep the Pizza Farm a place where families gather, celebrate, and make memories.

Tonight, instead of remembering the fire as a loss, we would love to celebrate how far we have come together. If you are able, come eat with us at the Farm tonight and be part of the story you helped make possible.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We are beyond grateful and truly honored to serve this community. We would not be here without you. ❤️🍕

The Pizza Farm will be open tomorrow, New Year’s Day, during our normal hours from 4–9 PM.
We’ll also be open the rest of the weekend with normal hours as well.
