Last week, more than 50 leaders from our Bon Appétit Management Company teams came together to connect, collaborate, and plan for an exciting year ahead.

Together, we focused on:
• Creating safe kitchens and communities
• Wellness, allergen awareness, and inclusive dining
• Supporting our Farm to Fork commitment — including sourcing 20% of our ingredients from local farms and vendors
• New ideas in marketing — from our new icicle tricycles and Farm to Fork storytelling to book clubs and more
• Benvenuti hospitality training and celebrating our incredible teams
• Regional award ceremony

We’re looking forward to welcoming — and welcoming back — our Jessup community this fall. We can’t wait for another great year ahead!

Earth Day at the Grill 🌱🍔

This year, our chefs are taking on the Blended Burger Challenge—creating burgers that help lower emissions without sacrificing flavor. By reducing or replacing beef with plant-forward ingredients, we can cut the carbon impact by half (or more) 🌍

Last year, Chef Davin Klippel took home the company-wide Earth Day win for Bon Appétit Management Company with his creative “Seed & Soil Salad” 🌿
This year, he’s back with:

🍔 Moray Mushroom Duxelle Turkey Burger
Ground turkey, cremini mushrooms, shallots, chives, marjoram, gruyère, wild arugula + truffle aioli
