💗 APPARENTLY I WOKE UP AND CHOSE VIOLENCE FOR PINK THURSDAY. 😂

I made the mistake of telling the girls that I don’t think they can sell 52 PINK DRINKS tomorrow.

They took that personally.

Like… VERY personally. 😂

Why 52?

Because tomorrow we’re officially 52 days from Halloween, and I needed a number that was high enough to make them work for it without being completely freaking impossible.

So now we have ourselves a challenge.

The girls have from 8–2 tomorrow to sell 52 drinks from our special Pink Thursday lineup:

And because apparently simply giving them a goal wasn’t enough, I also gave them STAKES.

They’re already extremely confident that Trailer Squad is going to show up and make this happen for them.

🩷 GOOD MORNING, TRAILER SQUAD!

We’re here and ready to roll today but a couple little housekeeping things because apparently running a food truck requires approximately 47 announcements at all times. 😂

First up…

🏈 HEADS UP FOR SATURDAY!

We have made it our personal mission this year to not miss a SINGLE one of Braeden’s senior football games.

There are only so many Friday nights left with our kid under those lights, and we’re not missing them. Period. 🥹💙

This Friday that means making the trek all the way up to Dover-Foxcroft for his game and then making the late night journey back home afterward.

And because I know myself well enough to know that pretending I’m going to roll out of bed after that and happily open this trailer at 8AM is just setting everyone up for disappointment… 😂

SATURDAY WE WILL BE OPEN 10–2!

Sleep in. We’ll sleep in. Everybody wins. 🙌

NOW… about the syrups. 🤦‍♀️

We’re still missing a few of the flavors that we haven’t transitioned to homemade yet because our shipment was…

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING.

The irony is honestly incredible. 😂

We announce that we’re slowly working toward making more and more of our own syrups…

And apparently the universe said:

“Great. Let’s speed that process up.”

NOT QUITE READY, UNIVERSE. 😂

So we’re working with what we’ve got until the replacements arrive. The good news? Our house-made fall syrups are stocked, the coffee is flowing, the waffle makers are hot, and there are still PLENTY of ridiculously good things to drink.

Apparently we have company.

Just a casual 3,000 PASSENGER CRUISE SHIP parked directly in front of the food truck this morning.

After taking yesterday off for CamFest, we came back this morning thinking we’d have ourselves a nice little Sunday at the trailer…

Rockland Harbor said absolutely friggen not.

Soooooo WE’RE OPEN, the coffee is brewing, the waffle makers are hot, the fall menu is officially in full swing, and we’re about to find out how many cruise ship passengers would like to experience Coffee. Waffles. Chaos. firsthand.

Honestly, this feels like a very efficient way to introduce 3,000 new people to Tuck & Roll. 😂

But we’re closed for a pretty damn special reason.

Today we’re headed to CamFest, and while we’re there, we have the honor of presenting the Cameron Frisone Foundation with TWO donations. 🥹💙

The first comes from the Maine Lobster Festival.

They graciously offered Tuck & Roll a donation for being part of their festival this year and we knew exactly where we wanted that money to go.

💙 Straight to the Cameron Frisone Foundation.

And the second one?

That one is from ALL OF YOU.

Our Trailer Squad. 🥹

If you’ve ever ordered The Cam at our window, you’ve been a part of this.

For every Cam purchased at Tuck & Roll, $1 is set aside for the Cameron Frisone Foundation.

One sandwich.

One dollar.

Over and over and over again.

And TODAY is the day we get to hand all of those dollars over. 💙

I think that’s one of my favorite things about this little business.

The Cam isn’t just something on our menu. It never has been.

It’s one small way we get to keep Cam’s name woven into what we do, while helping support the foundation created in his memory.

And every single time one of you orders it, you help us do that.

So while the trailer is quiet today, we’re doing something that means a whole lot more to us than selling waffles ever could.

And when I say promptly… I mean 2:00 and I am OUT THE DOOR. 😂

Because the Tuck & Roll chaos is just the first shift of my day.

⚽️ At 3:30, I’ll be over at Pendleton Field in Thomaston helping coach the Oceanside Varsity Girls Soccer team for our SEASON OPENER!

If you’re around, come show these girls some love and help us kick off the season with a crowd! 💙⚓️

And then the second that game is over…

🏃‍♀️💨 I’m headed straight to Wasgatt Field.

Because at 7PM, Oceanside Football kicks off their season under the lights against Hampden Academy.

And this one feels a little different this year. 🥹

It’s the first game of Braeden’s senior season.

Our #1. 💙🏈

I’m not going to get emotional about that right now because I have waffles to make, a soccer game to help coach and approximately ZERO TIME for a breakdown today. 😂

WELL. APPARENTLY WE HAVE A NEW EMPLOYEE. 🦝☕️🧇

We have a friend hanging around Tuck & Roll this morning.

And by “friend,” I mean an ABSOLUTE UNIT of a raccoon. 😂

He/she wandered around the truck for a while this morning and is currently somewhere behind us. I’ve lost sight of them because apparently I have to actually WORK and cannot spend my entire morning on raccoon surveillance. 🙄😂

We ARE open today, but please be aware of your surroundings when you’re walking up to the trailer. And please don’t approach or try to interact with our visitor if you see them.

We have a call into the game wardens, so hopefully they’ll come check things out.

Meanwhile, I sent my friend a picture of our unexpected guest this morning and SHE ALREADY MADE ME A STICKER GRAPHIC. 😂😂😂

Because apparently that’s the kind of people I surround myself with.

💙 A LITTLE SATURDAY SCHEDULE UPDATE AND A REALLY IMPORTANT ONE.

This Saturday, Tuck & Roll will be CLOSED because there is somewhere else we need to be.

We’ll be heading over to Thomaston for CamFest, an event benefiting the Cameron Frisone Foundation. 💙

We won’t be hauling the trailer over or working the event for once, we’re actually going to show up as guests. 😂

Tuck & Roll is incredibly proud to be a sponsor of CamFest, and even more proud to simply be there supporting something that means so much to so many people we love.

CamFest will be filled with live music and bands throughout the day, which honestly couldn’t feel more fitting.

Cam loved music. He loved playing guitar. 🎸

So an entire event bringing people together through music, in his name, to help raise money for the foundation created in his memory?

Yeah.

There really isn’t anywhere else we’d rather be Saturday. 💙

If you’ve been around Tuck & Roll for a while, you already know that The Cam on our menu is so much more than a chicken sandwich to us.

Warm banana bread straight from the oven vibes sweet banana, brown sugar, warm spices and all that cozy bakery goodness.

Basically banana bread decided it wanted an espresso shot.

We supported its dreams. 😂

🌰 PECAN CRUNCH LATTE

Sweet, buttery pecan goodness with warm brown sugar flavor and that little bit of crunch on top that makes the whole damn thing.

She’s cozy. She’s nutty. She’s absolutely FALL.

🍁 MAPLE BROWN SUGAR MACCHIATO

Maple + brown sugar + espresso.

Simple. Cozy. Delicious.

And one for the people who want fall without necessarily wanting their coffee to taste like a pumpkin exploded inside it. 😂

🍎 WHAT THE HECK IS AN APPLE CRISP SHAKEN ESPRESSO?

It’s different from our traditional lattes.

Our house made Apple Crisp syrup and espresso are shaken together over ice, then finished with milk giving you more espresso forward flavor and a slightly lighter feel than a traditional iced latte.

Think warm baked apple, brown sugar and cinnamon meeting bold espresso.

SO. FREAKING. GOOD.

And TOMORROW you don’t even have to choose just one. 👀

You’ve seen approximately 700 fall launch teasers.

You already know about Pumpkin Roll.

But sitting in these bottles are THREE of the house made syrups that are about to become actual drinks at the trailer:

Warm pumpkin, cozy fall spices and all the sweet, creamy goodness of an actual pumpkin roll, except obviously we turned it into coffee.
