Menu January 9-12...couple of new items..Seared Sea Scallops with creamy risotto..and Chicken de la Casa which is a really delicious chicken dish..We are revamping our Menu for the new year...first and foremost is keeping the prices reasonable..under $40 all the while using quality ingredients. We still do not charge for bread or vegetables or have a charge to help pay for the kitchen ( i can't believe thats really a thing! )

Pasta class is full for Monday..but call if interested for a Tuesday class..Likewise the seafood class for the following Monday is full ..again call 802-275-7809...

This weekends menu at Leslie's..and specials too..Our schedule for next week includes being open Christmas Eve (always😃 popular)..then open that weekend.. Friday - Sunday...THEN open for New Years Eve..call for reservations. Our menu for those two big nights will include Beef Wellington...Lobster surf & Turf..plus other delicious specials..
Looking for a gift for that someone special ( who maybe hard to buy for) get a gift certificate for a cooking class...perfect! and incidentally lots of men take our classes.
We have finally a bunch of people interested in our server position..for a part time job that pays $100-$300 a night..maybe 5-6 hours...its a great job...We do need a runner which is an excellent job for H.S. student..also pays very well..Just putting it out there.

So we just had a cancellation for 2 people to our Appetizer & Hor d oeuvres Class tonight..That leaves 4 openings..We will be trying about 12-14 different items..all excellent.. Menu for this weekend 12/5-8/2024 some great items for this weekend.. On another note we have 2 opening for Monday night class Hor d Oeuvres & Appetizers ..just finished the recipe booklet and I am impressed with the easy and delicious Hor d oeuvres particularly..some great ideas here. call Leslie at 802-275-7809.guaranteed to be a great class!

On yet another note we need help. We need a server...a runner
( great job for a HS student) and a HS to do odd jobs ( both inside & out)..We work with everybody's schedule ..we are flexible. The money for all these positions is excellent ..Please call/text ONLY..We are too busy in the kitchen for messaging
