Every state but one!
According to our records, nobody from Rhode Island has ever finished the hot dog challenge. Not one person!
Which is strange, because Rhode Island apparently knows hot dogs. They've got their own -- "The Hot Wiener." Griddled, steamed bun, then mustard, a special meat sauce, raw onion, celery salt. It's not a chili dog. I hear you get in trouble for calling it that! And no ketchup. Do not offend anyone by suggesting ketchup!
The first Rhode Islander to finish the challenge gets the whole bill covered and a free shirt. You have to finish it! Don't finish, and you pay like everybody else -- and no shirt. Bring a valid ID and an appetite.
