🥨🍺 OKTOBERFEST IS HERE! 🍺🥨

We’re bringing a taste of Germany to Prairie Street with a lineup of Oktoberfest specials made for celebrating!

Schweineschnitzel – Cider-brined McKenna Farms Berkshire pork tenderloin with sauerkraut dijonaise, bacon-braised cabbage, watercress and Oma’s German Potato Salad.

Bavarian Dinner – Traditional German-style sausages from Schaller & Weber in NYC, served with brown butter käsespätzle, a soft pretzel, pickled vegetables and German mustard.

Smoked Salmon Gurkensalat – Beet-cured and smoked Faroe Island salmon with cucumber, heirloom tomato, pickled red onion, radish, sour cream, dill and lemon.

Oma’s German Potato Salad – House-cured and smoked Berkshire bacon, farm potatoes, lemon thyme, mustard vinegar dressing, smoked crème fraîche and chives.

Black Forest Cheesecake – Morello cherry-stuffed dark chocolate cheesecake with an Oreo crust, dark chocolate ganache and sour cherry sauce.
