Our Head Chef Cain Luniewicz has another simply delightful dish for y’all this evening:

-Smoked Salmon Mac-n-Cheese-
Cedar plank smoked salmon served atop Gouda-n-Cheddar Mac-n-Cheese, tossed with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes finished with Pickled Red Onions…mmmmmmm

-Also another Huge Thank-You to Everyone that showed up Sunday to help us celebrate our One Year Anniversary!!
That being said, today is our Official Anniversary date, and this is also my, Peter J Swanson’s, 3 month anniversary…and it has been quite enjoyable. Lovin’ this Place!!

So it’s another Hot one Today, so come on Out for some Tasty Food and an Ice Cold B**r…

Wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who came out yesterday for our 1 year anniversary Pig Roast & BBQ. There was rain, but that didn’t stop the party. We have had a blast this 1st year getting this old space back to life and bustling with people again. Proud of our staff (not all pictured here) for really putting their heart into this place, and proud of our community for showing up to support. Please come by and say hi this week and let us take care of you.

Bourbon/Simple Syrup/Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice/Blueberry Syrup/topped with Ginger B**r and garnished with Fresh Blueberries and a dehydrated Lemon Slice
