Herbs week preview! Thursday is one of our favorite days around here. The kitchen makes every dish from the night menu for photos and staff tasting, and yesterday the plates were cleared within minutes. We loved every dish.

Our herb planters are thriving, so herbs are taking over the menu this week!

Nik, now basically an akvavit cocktail expert, put together a killer spritz using elderflower soda.

Tonight’s honey thyme ice cream didn’t quite set as planned, but thanks to a little teamwork, nothing went to waste. And that’s why we sign off as “the team.” The end result is delicious and even earned the approval of our toughest critic: a 3 year-old.

RPS schools are almost out for the season! We’re celebrating the beginning of summer with a flavorful night menu for the young at heart. Big hat tip to Nik for channeling his inner child when coming up with the night feature cocktail: who knew Kool-Aid gastrique would make for such a tasty drink?
