We may be sweating through 90° days, but nothing makes you crave fall quite like it.

Apple orchards are open, butternut squash has hit the farm stands, and potatoes are coming out of the ground at Harrison Market Gardens. So naturally, it’s time for our annual Fall Firsts night menu. Nik’s cocktail is crisp and bright, while Elijah’s dessert brings all the warm, spiced flavors we’re craving.

Big shout out to Dancing Goat Distillery for letting us pick out a barrel of rye. The kitchen got really creative with our neighborhood rye barrel pick and here’s the result:

We teamed up with Plume and Olympic Tavern to pick out a barrel from Dancing Goat Distillery, we choose a rye that tastes like the neighborhood: strong, complex, sweet, and easy to work with.

Our kitchen got creative with it, turning that rye into a dinner menu we’re excited to share with you this weekend.
