We are looking forward to making fry jacks this weekend, one of the menu staples from PK DINER! Fry jacks are part of the cuisine in Belize similar to beignets in New Orleans and sopapillas in Mexico! They are made with just five ingredients flour, baking powder, salt, oil and water and then fried to perfection!

Get them at the PK Pop Up this Saturday, November 4th from 10-2 here at Abreo!

It's that time AGAIN! Our 2nd Annual PK POP UP New Year's Day Brunch at Abreo Restaurant. Start the year off with some classic PK dishes like the Keith O' Mighty, Sun Burn or Biscuits & Gravy.
