Tomorrow, September 19th we are hosting a Community Open House for Stan's 100th Birthday. 🎉

The children of Stan Primmer invite Family, friends and community members to celebrate Stan's 100th birthday at a No Host open house on Saturday September 19, 2026 from 1-4 pm at the Harvest Moon Restaurant in Rockford WA.

All are invited to stop by to help Stan celebrate this momentous occasion.

We’ve been making a few changes around The Moon, and this one is pretty special.

We rebuilt the bar rail to better separate the bar from the restaurant ~ and added seating along the restaurant side so you can pull up a stool, face the bar, and still have the whole family with you.

But that brand-new wood is looking a little too new for our taste. 😉

So we’re asking our local families, ranchers and farmers to help us change that.

If your family has a brand, we want it on our bar rail.

Bring your branding iron down to The Moon and leave your family’s mark on a place that belongs to this community. If Dan is here and able to do it, we may be able to brand it while you’re here. Otherwise, you can leave your iron with us and we’ll give you a call when it’s done.

We’d love to fill the new rail with the brands and history of the families who have made this community what it is.

Pouring It Forward ❤️

A lot of families in our community lost everything in the Spokane Complex fires. So we’re teaming up with Bottles and Trevor & Hailey Homes to do what we can to help.

Join us Saturday, September 12 from 2–6pm at Bottles in Spokane Valley for Pouring It Forward, a fundraiser benefiting local students and families displaced by the fires.

Harvest Moon will be there making sure you’re fed, Bottles will be pouring the drinks, and we’ll have some great raffle baskets donated by local businesses.

There are a few ways you can help: come eat and hang out with us, enter the raffle, bring school supplies, or make a donation. Every little bit helps these families as they try to put their lives back together.

The inside of Bottles is 21+, but we’ll also have an outdoor family area, weather permitting, so bring the whole crew.

We need to give a very special shoutout to the incredibly talented Marley Pratt. 🤍

Marley became a fast friend shortly after we moved to Rockford through her work at LaShaw Ranch Roaster. So when she took the leap and started her own marketing business, we knew almost instantly that we wanted her to be part of what we were building at Harvest Moon.

Marley is the talent behind our new website and all of the beautiful photos you see throughout it ~ with plenty more to come! 📸🌕 She has also become one of our go-to people for everyday marketing advice, ideas, and all of those little things that make such a big difference.

But what we appreciate most is her. Marley genuinely cares. She listens to our ideas (even when Dan and I have approximately 47 of them happening at once 😂), understands what we're trying to create, and somehow manages to keep us on task with the sweetest little nudges and an incredible amount of patience.

She didn't just build us a website ~ she helped us create something that actually feels like us.

We think the absolute world of Marley and couldn't recommend her more. If you're looking for someone who will care about your business, listen to your vision, and put her whole heart into helping bring it to life, she's your girl.

Marley, thank you for loving The Moon right alongside us and for helping us share it with everyone else. We are so lucky to have you. 🤍🌕

Last night we stepped away from the restaurant and took some of our team out to the Spokane Indians game. ⚾️

We couldn’t ask for a better crew. They work hard every single day to make The Moon what it is, and we love taking opportunities to show them how much we appreciate everything they do.

A huge thank you to our incredible friends for letting us use their box—it made an already fun night even more special. Great people, great baseball, and an even greater team. We’re lucky. ❤️
