AnJan's Eats is a locally owned and operated food trailer/business owned by Anita (An) and Janet (Jan). We cook food to order on a charcoal grill or smoker with apple wood to give it a delicious flavor that evokes good times. We specialize in a bourbon glaze that we use for our pork chops, chicken. Our apple wood comes from a local orchard, and we season our meat just right. We've done many local

events like Rockford City Market and Music in the Park. Call us for your outdoor party needs or visit us through our page. We prepare many other foods, and desserts, just ask us about them!
