🥞❤️ to Johnny Pamcakes’ 15th Anniversary ❤️🥞
As we prepare to celebrate 18 years tomorrow 5/15/26, we wanted to share this special video from a few years back where John & Pam reflected on the early days of Johnny Pamcakes — including the story behind the famous sign out front that still says:
“Come Say Hi to John & Pam.”
What many people don’t know is that when they first opened, they were working on such a tight budget they couldn’t even afford a new sign for the restaurant. A generous customer stepped in to help — and the rest became part of Johnny Pamcakes history.
Stories like this are what make local family-owned restaurants so special. It was never just about serving breakfast. It was about building relationships, community, and a place where people truly feel at home.
And 18 years later…
the sign still hasn’t changed. ❤️
