It’s almost here! 🍁🍂FALL is happening and we couldn’t be more excited for all of it. Rockford has a very special event happening this month!
🍁 50 YEARS OF HARVEST FEST! 🍁

Rockford’s biggest autumn tradition is turning 50, and we’re celebrating all weekend long, September 25–27, 2026! 🎉

Get ready for:
🚗 The Classic Car Show back on downtown streets
🌶️ Chili Cook-Off & Bloody Mary Bar
🌾 Make & Take Scarecrows + Inflatable Corn Maze in Memorial Park
🛍️Craft Show, local non-profits, and family fun!

Boochie tent will be out All weekend long!
We got Games, Prizes, Giveaways, Music, and most of all delicious FALL faves!!!
Out in the tent we will have Dirty Apples- That’s right Apples fresh off the farm, cut up and topped with delicious toppings of your choice and then some fresh whip✌️

I did notice one thing today and want to throw this out there. I understand that people go through hard times and as an ALL-INCLUSIVE space I would never- ever want and kid to feel less than- or that they can’t afford what we offer.

Yes times are hard and costs are high BUT. If you have a kiddo who wants a Boochie Bowl or Smoothie or Dub cup or whatever they want and they cannot afford it PLEASE reach out to me…I had a few come through asking “how much” something was and leave and in the moment we were SO busy - couldn’t chase them and also didn’t want to embarrass them so let me say this….

If you are going through some hard times but your kid in an early out day wants a Boochie bowl or smoothie PLEASE PM me- no questions asked. I will provide a giftcard to you - on us completely - so they can come in and feel welcome and included. Nobody else will ever know.

Please PM me and it will be waiting for you in our register. Every kid should always feel included. No matter what.

WOWZERS. 🥹🧡🖤

Our first Rockford Early Out of the year and THE STUDENTS SHOWED UP. And looking around Boochie today, I had one of those moments where I just had to take it all in.- such a Jenn moment of tears filling my eyes. (i know right…✌️🥲)

Music playing. Games outside. Kids grabbing their student specials. Friends piled around tables. The Boochie Loft full of kids hanging out — and yes, some of them were actually upstairs studying. (for real) 😂 High fives. Giggles. Jerseys. Backpacks everywhere. Just kids getting to be kids.

And I thought… this is exactly what we wanted this place to be. from back when we started Algoma…

We love our Rockford youth BIG. We sponsor so many of their teams, programs and activities because we believe investing in our kids means investing in the future of this community. But today, seeing so many of them fill this little space we created hit differently.

I looked around and saw Rockford’s future.

Future entrepreneurs. Future teachers. Coaches. Business owners. Artists. Nurses. Creators. Leaders. And probably a few future Boochie workers - yes many of them have already asked (Toni I see you)😂✌️

Rockford parents — you should be incredibly proud of these kids. They were kind. They were respectful. They laughed, included each other, cleaned up after themselves, said thank you, and brought an energy into this place that was just GOOD. We were genuinely proud to have them here.

Our kids need places where they feel safe. Places where they can show up exactly as they are, grab something good to eat or drink, hang with their friends, do homework, laugh too loudly and know the adults around them are happy they’re there.

We couldn’t be happier that they choose the Booch to be one of those places. 🥹

And today you guys broke a RECORD for us. 🤯

We don’t take that lightly. Ever.

We know you have choices. We know your kids have choices. Every bowl, smoothie, kombucha, Dirty & Skinny, and little stop through our doors matters to this small business more than you probably realize.

For you to keep choosing us humbles me in ways I’ll probably never be able to put into words.

Those high fives.
Those giggles.
Those hangs.
Those moments.

They felt like they were supposed to happen right here. and right now…

We’re honored that these kids choose us. But here’s the bigger thing: WE CHOOSE THEM, too. Every single time. 🧡🖤

Rockford’s future looks pretty dang bright from where we’re standing.
