As we were setting up at The Warehouse for a 50th anniversary celebration today (congratulations to the Plas’s), Terry (Mrs Plas) was reminiscing about her parents 50th anniversary celebration.

About that time her daughter entered the room. I mentioned the conversation we were having and indicated with the family tradition we are hoping she would also be able to celebrate a 50th anniversary.

The daughter said “only 35 years to go! Can you put us on your schedule and lock in the price”.

So we have our first booking for 2061! 2027 is filling up, but that’s the first one for 2061.

Very excited also to be able to provide food for the new Mr & Mrs Rash!! What a story they have! Beautiful wedding and awesome couple! So happy for them!

We have sponsored a summer ball team for the past ten years thru the Rockford Recreation Association. They do a great job for our young people and our community.

The team we sponsored this year had an awesome season. Undefeated during the season and tournament! It was extra sweet since Matt & Lindsay’s daughter, Josie, was on the team.

We greatly appreciate the job the coaches did. They did more than teach the fundamentals. Their ability to connect with the players, and instruct in a positive way, meant a lot to the players, their parents, and extended families.

Well done coaches and players for the 2026 Burtch’s Barn to Table Fastpitch team!!

You made us proud! Big things ahead. Keep grinding and getting better.

What a great celebration for an awesome couple!

Always great to work with DJ’s who keep the buffet lines moving when releasing tables.

DJR Mobile DJ is always a pleasure to work with. Our catering team worked well with him to get about 400 people fed timely.

This was one of 3 wedding receptions we catered last night. Congratulations also to Kris & Wyatt and Shayla & Jaimee.

Now I gotta get back to washing pans and serving utensils 😂. Need to get some done before church!

Little R&R last night taking in the Mariners game before a crazy busy Saturday! Go see the Grand Lake Mariners play! Very entertaining!

We will be feeding the Mariners and their opponents after a couple of July games. We love being involved with their program!

3 wedding receptions and a grad party on the schedule today!

So thankful for all who choose us to be part of their special days. Also thankful for those who choose to help us out!
