Today I had the pleasure of making not 1 cake, but 2 for a friend of mine daughter’s birthday.

6 inch pandan cake / custard filling & coconut whip cream frosting.

9 inch butter cake / fresh strawberries & custard with vanilla whip cream.

I think I lost ten pounds going up & down the stairs fighting with hot temperature to keep my frosting chilled 😭

Overall, my customer was satisfied, that’s all that matters.

Whose cake am I making next..!? 🤭
