Fresh kale and romaine tossed in Caesar dressing, loaded with shrimp, garlic crunch, lemon and a ridiculous amount of freshly grated Parmesan.

We took that viral, cheese-drenched kale Caesar idea and gave it the Nell’s treatment.

Meet The Trash Salad!

Spring greens piled high with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, bacon, olives, pepperoncini and croutons.

Then you pick your protein and dressing, because apparently all those toppings still weren't enough.

It's big. It's loaded. And yes, we really named it that. 😂

Crispy chicken, hot fried garlic cheese curds, bacon, tomatoes, cucumber and red onion piled over fresh greens with your choice of dressing.

Because when we say we're making a salad, nobody said we had to be reasonable about it.

Meet the Steak Bacon Bleu.

Arugula piled with tender steak, crispy bacon, tomatoes and red onion, finished with our house-made bleu cheese dressing.

Because apparently we believe the appropriate amount of steak and bacon for a salad is a lot. 😏

We’re dropping one new salad every day this week, and once we show her off, she’s yours to order. By the weekend, the whole lineup hits.

First out of the kitchen: The Blazing Bleu Flame. 🔥

Crispy chicken tossed in local That Salsa Guys Blazing Buffalo Sauce, piled over spring greens with bacon, tomato, cucumber and red onion, with our house-made bleu cheese dressing.

We dressed up breakfast. You just have to show up hungry.

Our Avocado Caprese Toast is piled with avocado, fresh mozzarella, pesto, tomato and arugula, then finished with balsamic. We’ll build yours on Texas toast or a bagel we make in house. Go white cheddar jalapeño, Asiago or plain. We’ll handle the rest.
