ROCK SPRINGS — After floodwater swamped the heart of Rock Springs three times in 10 years, at least one business owner in the village has had enough.

Thank you to The Coach House restaurant in Rock Springs for donating all of their frozen meats and produce that unfortunately they couldn’t use before it expired due to flooding.
