I dont usually care about what people on Rants and Raves say about my shop . That's why I'm not a member. But I had one of my wonderful customers come in today and tell me we were on Rants and Raves. Just an FYI it was Lacy Jo Dumontier a doordash driver BE WARE! . She came into my shop and didnt have a doordash bag and tried to carry 7 drinks in one hand and a huge food order in the other. We asked her to please come back and get the other drinks so she didnt drop them. She got extremely rude and took them anyway so we blocked her. This is her way of getting back at us by saying my shop is dirty and dingy. Our main concern at Buckin Coffee is our customers. We keep our shop extremely clean and always have. The only concern I have is my customers and serving them the best food and coffee I can for the last 10 years. We checked the people on the nasty posts and most of them were dashers we have blocked. So they can keep posting bad reviews I dont really care. The most important thing to me is my customers. You are what matters most at Buckin Coffee. Thank you to my wonderful customers.
