It is with great sadness that I am writing this, but yes, the rumors are true. We have sold Union Jacks.

With the recent devastation of the flood & nearing retirement age, I have made the extremely difficult decision to hang up the apron. Our last day will be July 27th.

My heart is broken as we have some of the best, most faithful customers that we will miss so so dearly, but I thank you so very much for your support throughout the years.

My employees throughout the time at UJs, thank you. We were/are a little family & I love each & everyone of you. Thank you for choosing to work with me at Union Jacks, we did have some fun.

As for me, I’m not sure what the future holds, but we will continue to put our faith in the Lord & pray for success for the new owners. The past 9 years have had some ups and downs, but I’ve had a bloody good time. Thank you again.
