It was a beautiful evening on the Pump House rooftop last night.

Ron and Dhaya returned because they remembered the food and hospitality from their last visit. This time, they chose the rooftop. Nearby, Jonathan and Ashley sat at the high top as the sun went down, taking in the river and the view beyond it.

🔥The fire was hot, the lawn was full and the food kept coming.

From Chef Rogger Torres and the team working the flames to families enjoying the riverfront, our End of Summer Asado was everything we hoped it would be. Great food, live music, house sangria and one unforgettable afternoon at The Pump House.

Before We Light the Fire

Right now, it’s a quiet stretch of lawn beside the Catawba River. On September 5, it comes alive.

Join Executive Chef Rogger Torres and The Pump House team for an open-air South American asado featuring meats carved hot from the fire, an oyster and raw bar, seasonal sides, house sangria, live music and plenty of room to gather by the river.

END OF SUMMER ASADO: FIRE ON THE LAWN 🔥

The fire is almost lit.

On Saturday, September 5, Executive Chef Rogger Torres brings the spirit of South American asado to The Pump House lawn for an outdoor live fire feast overlooking the river.

Enjoy picanha, asado, chorizo, jumbo prawns, fire grilled vegetables and seasonal accompaniments, with house sangria included.
