🚨Long Post Alert-Just One of those Days.🚨🙏🏽

I’m going to be honest… I’m tired. ❤️‍🩹

Not the kind of tired that sleep fixes. I’m tired from carrying things I never talk about. Tired from being strong because life didn’t give me another option. Tired from smiling while silently wondering how much more I can handle.

I’ve been in survival mode for so long that sometimes I forget what it feels like to simply live.

I’ve lost people. Lost relationships. Lost versions of myself. I’ve had to start over when I didn’t want to. I’ve cried behind closed doors, prayed through confusion, fought battles silently, and still got up the next morning because people depended on me.

There were moments I wanted somebody to notice that the strong one needed somebody too.

But God… 🙏🏽

When I thought I was falling apart, He was holding the pieces.

When I couldn’t see a way forward, He kept putting enough strength in me for one more day.

So no, I don’t have everything figured out right now.

I’m still healing.
I’m still rebuilding.
I’m still learning how to choose myself.
I’m still trying to find peace after spending so much time fighting just to survive.

But one thing about me…

I’m still here.

And maybe that’s the testimony.

I survived things that changed me.
I survived nights nobody knew I was struggling.
I survived heartbreak that made me question my worth.
I survived chapters I thought would be the end of my story.

And I’m beginning to realize something:

God didn’t keep me alive just so I could spend the rest of my life surviving.

There is still joy with my name on it.
There is still peace with my name on it.
There are still answered prayers, healthy love, purpose, restoration and blessings waiting for me.

So I’m giving myself permission to stop judging myself for where I am.

I am doing the best I can with a heart that has been through a lot.

And if all I can do today is breathe, pray and keep going…

that’s enough.

Because this time I’m not just praying to survive the storm.

I’m praying that when it’s over, I finally become the woman I had to fight so hard to stay alive long enough to meet. 🙏🏽❤️‍🩹✨
