work 👀 . We’ve had invites to pull up at jobs, parties, family events & birthdays so we decided to make it easier by bringing Coquí to YOU .

& before somebody zooms in with detective glasses 🕵🏽‍♀️ , some images on our catering menu are inspiration photos used for menu ✨visuals✨. One thing about us… we stand by our food 100% . If you’ve had Coquí before, you already know we don’t play about you guys .

We know the line got long at times, so we really wanna thank everybody for being patient with us and waiting it out. The love and support did not go unnoticed !.

For our first day out , we wanted to bring back some of your favorites!.

We are serving at a first come first serve basis , NO PRE -ORDERS at this time guys sorry 😬🫶🏽.

Based off past outings , we are sure to be very busy and ask for you all to be patient as we maneuver through the line , por favor 🙏🏽.

Weather was one thing but we also had to get real with ourselves for a minute..

What we were putting out was good… but we know we’re capable of more.
More intention. More creativity. More of ..us.

So we took a step back and really sat with our menu .
What it represents, how it feels, and what we want people to experience when they pull up to Coqui.

We realized… it was time to elevate.

We didn’t just tweak a few things..
we reinvented .

Where we come from , our tables carried a blend of cultures .

This is Sazón & Soul .
Food made with deep intention & us serving you our version of the “best of the best” ❤️.

✨Starting with our Adobo braised oxtails, slow cooked …
served w. arroz con gandules, sweet plantains and our house potato salad .✨

The final stage of the new roll
out is near .. we are just as eager to be out with you ! . We just wanted this new beginning to feel how it’s suppose to .

Rescheduling our opening day for a better flow of things . The Midwest is midwesting ⛈️ , and we want our beginning service days to be smooth & with comfortable weather .
