A little Labor Day cooking today✨. All 3 of our giveaway pans made it to their winners! . I didn’t catch pictures of every pan before they went out, but they were definitely made with lots of loveee

Okay ya , a little update !

Monday is for my giveaway winners! and since it’s Labor Day, I figured that was the perfect way to kick things off & feed my 3 familias. ❤️

I’m currently getting back into the trailer, grabbing inventory, getting everything stocked and ready to go. And listen… it is HOT outside this week . I'll be the one overcooked in there 🫠 .

Today, Coquí turns 5 years old 🥹🇵🇷

And somehow… I almost let the day pass without even realizing it.

These five years have been full of highs, lows, connections, pauses, lessons, sold-out days, hard days, and moments where I wasn’t even sure what was next. But through all of it, Coquí is still here.

I’m super blessed and joyful to see this day .

Because 5 years of building something from NOTHING is so worth celebrating .

Things have been quiet for a while and truthfully.. I just needed time to figure out what Coquí looked like moving forward. Things may look a little different, but the heart of Coquí is still here.
